On the morning of March 25th, vice President An Zenglong led a team to conduct canteen safety inspections at Xiyuan Canteen, Beiyuan Canteen, and Dongyuan Canteen in order to thoroughly implement the campus safety arrangements for the spring semester, effectively ensure the campus food safety, and reinforce the food safety defense line in university canteens,
The inspection team conducted a detailed review of key links such as ingredient procurement and acceptance, storage management, processing operations, tableware disinfection, and environmental hygiene. They carefully verified the implementation of food sample retention and food safety traceability, and also inspected back-of-house operations such as warehouse management, kitchen procedures, personnel health management, as well as the operation and maintenance of fire safety equipment.

During the inspection An Zenglong put forward four requirements for canteen operations: I. Quality. To enforce strictly ingredient access standards and improve the procurement traceability system to ensure that ingredients are sourced from traceable, reliable sources. II. Hygiene. To implement thoroughly hygiene operation standards, carry out comprehensive environmental cleaning and disinfection, and standardize processing and preparation procedures. III. Nutrition. To optimize meal supply plans, scientifically design menus based on the diverse needs of teachers and students, and balance nutrition with efficiency. IV. Service. To enhance health support capabilities, strengthen skills training for food service staff, and improve safety awareness and service levels. He stressed that campus catering plays a vital role in service-oriented education. It is essential to implement supervision responsibilities in accordance with the Four Strictest standards, comprehensively eliminate potential safety hazards, and effectively safeguard the food safety of teachers and students.
