During the symposium, Wang Weiyue provided a brief overview of the university’s development progress, including academic program offerings and graduate employment outcomes. He emphasized that Yang’en University has consistently prioritized graduate employment as a critical political mission, implementing comprehensive strategies to address this challenge. Amid the current challenging job market for college graduates, the university’s active engagement in corporate recruitment initiatives not only enhances graduate employment opportunities but also enables deeper insights into industry trends and talent demands. These efforts facilitate disciplinary optimization, reform talent cultivation models, and strengthen industry-academia collaboration. By establishing synergistic mechanisms in scientific research partnerships, research platform development, faculty exchange programs, and student internships, the university aims to achieve mutual benefits and foster sustainable development for all stakeholders.

 

Yang Jiawei stated that 361 Degrees (China) Co., Ltd. is continuously innovating and developing its business, with an increasingly urgent need for talents possessing solid professional knowledge, strong practical skills, and innovative thinking. During the visit, Wang Weiyue and his delegation toured the corporate culture exhibition hall of 361 Degrees (China) Co., Ltd., the advanced 5G smart garment factory, and the core technology department—the 361 Degrees R&D Innovation Center. They gained an in-depth understanding of the company’s development history, brand philosophy, and representative products, while personally experiencing the efficiency and precision of digital and intelligent manufacturing.

 

This special campaign for enterprise visits and job expansion initiatives will strengthen school-enterprise and school-local collaboration, creating a high-quality platform for graduates’ quality employment. The university will continue to deepen these efforts by conducting extensive social demand surveys and graduate employment tracking studies.
