To enrich campus cultural life, strengthen teamwork, and showcase the vibrant spirit of Yang'en University students, the University's Psychological Counseling Center, along with the School of Foreign Languages, School of Law, School of Engineering and Technology, School of Management, and School of Arts and Education, jointly held a fun sports meet on the afternoon of December 3rd at the Yang'en Foundation Stadium in the First Teaching Area and the Track and Field Stadium in the Third Teaching Area. The event attracted numerous faculty and students.

The fun sports meet was designed to balance individual challenges with teamwork, featuring a variety of activities. Individual events incorporated traditional fun with psychological training, including games such as marble picking, nine-square soccer, fruit matching, stepping stones, mental puzzle puzzles, and shuttlecock chasing the light. These games aimed to improve participants' psychological well-being from multiple dimensions, including focus, memory, and coordination.

Team events emphasized fostering team cohesion and trust. Activities like One Loop to the End, Crazy Caterpillar, and Team Drum in the first teaching area complemented those in the third teaching area, such as the inflatable obstacle course, energy transfer, and blindfolded trust challenge. The Three-Legged Race and Emotional Puzzle Relay Race each highlighted collaborative elements, while the Heart to Heart ball-carrying event was held jointly on both campuses, symbolizing a spirit of mutual understanding that transcended campus boundaries, creating a vibrant atmosphere of cooperation and laughter.
The Psychological Fun Sports Meet is a key component of our university's mental health education. By integrating sports with psychology, the meet has fostered a campus atmosphere that values mental well-being and encourages a positive outlook on life, injecting new vitality into the physical and mental health of Yang'en students and opening a new chapter of innovative practice in campus mental health education.
