The project Minzhou Xinyun—Empowering Intangible Cultural Heritage Inheritance Through Cultural and Creative IP focuses on the innovation and dissemination of intangible cultural heritage. Centering on the Zanhuawei hairstyle of the Xunpu women, the project develops cultural and creative products and digital collectibles, integrates block-chain technology to ensure the traceability of craftsmanship, and builds a consumption model combining offline experiences and online collections. It incorporates diverse intangible cultural heritage elements to create a differentiated cultural and creative matrix. The project also organizes study tours and team-building activities for college students, promoting Cultural Heritage Inheritance through handmade blind boxes and immersive village practices. Additionally, it provides IP customization services for enterprises, utilizing AI to redesign traditional patterns into dynamic logos, digital clothing, and themed packaging. Through a series of public welfare activities such as Intangible Cultural Heritage Enters Campus, which includes craft demonstrations, cultural salons, and training sessions for village lecturers, the project disseminates intangible cultural heritage and strengthens the collaborative efforts of veteran artisans and young innovators. Up to now, the project holds 2 design patents, 1 software copyright, and 20 IP design copyrights, and has won 2 national awards, 3 provincial awards, and 4 municipal awards. It has established partnership with enterprises in the catering, cultural, technological, and tourism sectors, engaged relevant intangible cultural heritage inheritors for collaborative development, and obtained technical support from national high-tech enterprises. The project has franchised 38 software copyrights and 11 trademarks to businesses, and its self-developed mall mini-program is now available on We-Chat. Through continuous innovation and development, the project demonstrates significant social value in effectively integrating intangible cultural heritage with cultural and creative products and promoting entrepreneurship and employment among college students.

In recent years, Yang-en University Youth League Committee has continuously enhanced the organization and guidance of science and innovation competitions for college students. By hosting university-level competitions, inviting professional teachers to nurture and incubate entrepreneurial projects and teams, and improving service support, the committee has provided effective backing for the students in their innovation and entrepreneurship endeavors.
